There is a good chance that Genshin Impact players will know which limited characters are arriving in Version 4.5, as a reputable source in the community released the entire lineup in a recent post. It's worth noting that Chiori is scheduled to join Genshin Impact as a 5-Star Geo Sword character in Version 4.5, but the other 5-Stars who will follow her are still unknown. Rumors of Albedo and Itto's reruns began to circulate among Genshin Impact fans, but the fourth slot was shrouded in mystery.
Since Version 4.4 included new skins for the two Genshin Impact characters, it was reasonable to expect Shenhe or Ganyu to join the Event Banners in Version 4.5. However, a recent leak implies that HoYoverse has something else planned for Version 4.5. Not only is it intended to be a smaller update with a focus on Mondstadt via its Flagship Event, but it will also be a Geo-heavy patch, with Chiori leading the way.
Randialos, who has recently gained a reputation by properly providing the banners for Versions 3.8 and 4.0, is the source of the leak, which lists the full lineup of Genshin Impact characters arriving in Version 4.5 as follows: Chiori, Itto, Kazuha, Neuvillette, and Albedo. Given that Event Banners come in pairs, Randialos argues that Albedo would get his banner, lending credence to previous reports indicating that HoYoverse would introduce a new form of banner in Version 4.5.
What makes the Albedo scenario in Version 4.5 so intriguing is that, instead of birthday banners coming to Genshin Impact, HoYoverse appears to be moving forward with a distinct banner centered around the Flagship Event of a patch. Though it is unclear whether Albedo will be the only 5-star choice on the new banner type in Version 4.5, the featured 4-star lineup will most likely differ from the usual Event Banners.

Much like Raiden Shogun and Kujou Sara, it is logical to presume that Gorou will appear beside Itto in the Event Banner. While players hoped that Neuvillette's first rerun would come later, Sumeru's banners followed the same pattern for its limited 5-Star characters, with Cyno and Nahida rerunning only four updates after their debuts. Neuvillette is a strong Genshin Impact character, while Kazuha is an excellent Support option for a wide range of teams.
If Genshin Impact players aren't too concerned about the existing roster for Version 4.4, stockpiling Primogems during the Lantern Rite patch will provide them with a reasonable amount of cash by the time Neuvillette and Kazuha repeat. That being said, Arlecchino is coming in Genshin Impact Version 4.6, and spending pulls on a Fatui Harbinger is always a good investment.
